Grief is hard, but the answer is simple:

Just Show Up

Grief isn’t about death. It’s experienced in divorce, diagnosis, job loss, addiction, and more often it’s unseen, unspoken, and misunderstood. Let’s learn to support ourselves and teach each other with greater acceptance, courage, and understanding.

My role is to guide and support the dying. Specialize in death planning, which includes finding a legal contact to prepare a reasonably priced Will, Enduring Power of Attorney and Personal Directive, and discussion of funeral plans and ideas.

Wendy Lou has sat with many people in their final days, with her primary focus on providing comfort and dignity at the end-of-life process. She feels that death is a human experience, and a sacred time that deserves compassion and support, and should not just be viewed from a medical standpoint.

Wendy Lou knows her purpose is to care for our dying community. It's her honour and privilege to do this work and to support them on their journey, wherever that path takes them, in person or virtually.
